Soundproof Room Divider: Creating Privacy in My Open-Plan Home
My open-plan living and dining area was too noisy. I could hear the TV from the dining table, and conversations echoed. I installed a soundproof room divider between the two zones. The divider is a floor-to-ceiling panel (2.5m x 2m) made from MDF with acoustic foam inside and fabric covering. It reduces noise by 60%.
